remains in theory but it is imbibed in the day - to - day activities. This helps
all the members of D.CIT family in discovering their inner self and the purpose
of life leading to happiness and joy.

Karma Yoga is very much applicable in management to create healthy work culture
in an organisation. Karma Yoga not only leads to material prosperity but also
qualitative management culture and spiritual development leading to human salvation.
